DVF [through Glass]

Love this perspective of Spring 2013 Fashion Week! As I watched this I was thinking, this is what it is like to be a fashion designer, and how the whole process was of putting together looks, getting your picture taken, and walking out onto the runway. I actually got nervous watching this, especially when the model was walking with the camera on. I have always heard that you don't look down or around you when you are walking just look straight ahead, and I was trying to do that in the video, but I got so nervous that I was looking at the faces of everyone in the crowd. Then I just envisioned myself falling down in front of everyone. I would be a horrible model! Hopefully I would make a better designer!

On a sidenote, I do love the concept and look of the Glass by Google! Much more stylish way to capture moments instead of having a Go-Pro strapped to your head or chest. Even though the Go-Pro is great! Don't get me wrong, I just feel like the Glass would be better for everyday stuff.

Etsy Store

I have finally got my etsy store up and running. I am mainly working on paper crafts, although I have a lot of confetti on there right now. Everyone check it out. Harper Jade 20 Etsy Store

Geoffrey Beene Gown

The museum at FIT had an exhibit called "Impact: 50 Years of Fashion from the CFDA," and this was one of the gowns featured at the exhibit. It was from Geoffrey Beene's Spring 1990 collection. I would just love to have gone there and look at all the details in the garments.

Billa Bong Ad

I really like this bikini. This is an older advertisement for billa bong. The colors of the bikini and how the top has the little ruffles makes this extra cute. On a side note, I thought this was Kim Kardashian when I first saw the model but its not.

Classic Style

To me Gwyneth Paltrow's style has always been classic. She always has great makeup, hair, and clothes. I love her hair in this picture, it looks effortless.
